Diving straight into global warming, as more information and evidence comes through to the people about how are world is heating up from various ways, kids are starting to question if it’s true.

‘’I feel that global warming can be a thing considering the weather changes lately,’’ said angel Delafuente.

This past year’s climate was for sure an unusual change from our usual seasons. As records show that 2018 was the hottest year on record and still it is predicted to get even hotter in the decades to come.

‘’I mean, I think there’s definitely a problem, but I doubt anything is going to change, ‘’ said Hayden Pierce.

Some people don’t think about the impact global warming really has, but the effects could be everlasting Things such as rising sea levels due to thermal expansion and melting of glaciers could occur. We also have to put the factors of drought and how our wild life will be able to take this on into perspective.

‘’I think our animals will have a difficult time, especially polar bears as they’ll be first to die off,” said Angel.

Even though global warming is an issue, it’s not one that we can’t fix or at least try our best to. There are several ways to fight against it like powering your home with renewable energy, reduce water waste, buy food you’ll eat and not waste, fuel efficient cars and so much more. It may not seem like a lot but it is true that one person can make a change, not only for us but for our future generations coming ahead.
