Kevin’s Body Building Muscle Gaining, Ab Shredding, Oat Breakfast Delight


1 Large Mason Jar

1 Cup of Steel Cut Oats

1 scoop of Whey Protein Powder™

1 cup of Milk

2 tbsp of Natural Peanut Butter

2 containers of Plain Yogurt (Chobani Recommended)


Set down your mason Jar. Pour a cup of oats in (May need a funnel).

Grab your Whey Protein Powder™. Nicely mixed up the oats and powder together.

Pour 1 cup of milk into the jar.

Add in 2 tbsp of peanut butter.

Now add your 2 cups of plain yogurt and stir.

Place into the refrigerator for 8hrs.

Grab a spoon and enjoy your Kevin’s Body Building Muscle Gaining Ab Shredding Oat Breakfast Delight.



Crockpot Chicken

What is Needed:



1lb of Chicken

1 cup of Bone Broth

Seasoning (Your choice)

½ cup of Rice



Cut the fat off the chicken.

Take your clean crockpot (the crockpot being clean is essential).

Put your fatless chicken into the crockpot.

Nicely season the chicken with seasoning of your choice. I prefer the chicken fajita seasoning.

Pour 1 cup of bone broth into the crockpot. Set crockpot on low and cook for 6 hours.

Grab a pot and put a cup of water and boil the water.

Put ½ cup of rice into water.

Put stove onto low heat setting.

Cook rice for twenty minutes, stirring occasionally.

Microwave the broccoli.

Mix the cooked chicken, rice, love, and broccoli together.

Enjoy your meal.



Turkey and Sweet Potato Burrito


1 Sweet Potato

10 Slices of Turkey

1 Cup of Egg whites

2 Wheat Tortillas

Shredded Mozzarella


Grab your sweet potato and slice the potato horizontally and vertically into small pieces.

Place sliced and diced sweet potatoes in pan.

Heat stove on high heat setting.

Cook until sweet potatoes turns brown and soft.

Grab 10 slices of turkey.

Slice the turkey slices horizontally and vertically into small pieces.

Place diced turkey in pan Cook until the turkey is golden.

Grab your egg whites.

Pour one cup of egg whites onto your pan. Cook until egg whites meet your desired consistency.

Mix up your sweet potatoes, turkey, and egg whites into one container.

Pour mixture onto a wheat tortilla.

Nicely fold your tortilla as you would fold an origami burrito.

Enjoy your warm burrito.
