66 million years ago, the dinosaurs went extinct causing drastic climate changes and ecosystem changes. And in all those years combined, all stitched up together into one long timeline, there is still not a single good food in the cafeteria lunch line.
Unlike the extinction of the dinosaurs, the school cafeteria has not had a major change for years and years. It’s always sloppy juice, dry pizza, or disgusting mystery meat. But what if there was a change? What if the school lunch line been hit with a mass extinction of the old excuse for food, and replaced it with a prehistoric update, one full of real chicken meat and battered to absolute perfection? If you don’t see where this is going, let’s get straight to the point. Dino nuggets should be in the cafeteria line because they are a superior food with a great taste, easy to keep warm and stay flavorful, and are full of protein which any kid would need to get through the day.
Now, dino nuggets have existed for a long time. Not 66 million years long, but for a couple of decades. Dino nuggets are very simple to prepare and keep warm throughout the school day: just pop them in the oven and wait. Or for a more homemade method, cut some chicken up into dinosaur shapes, batter them and pop them in the oven. You can easily keep them warm under a warming light.
Additionally, dino nuggets are also filled with protein, which, when you take into account students have to wake up at 6:00am and for some even earlier for sports, It’s definitely a luxury to have a boost to finish off the last classes with full confidence and energy. While yes there are other chicken options such as chicken tenders and strips, sometimes students need to have some more fun and excitement in their food.
There is much excitement and creativity in dino nuggets, with school days sometimes feeling long and drowned out with countless papers, essays, and projects that can seem very intimidating. With the addition of dino nuggets to the school line, students can have a filling meal that would give anyone a laugh or a smile that would sure to make someone’s day a million times better and open a world with room for creativity.
With this, the lunch line (while long extinct and untouched for a long while) has much room for a world-changing breakthrough revival that could change schools as we know it today. A meal full of healthy proteins and a creative fun would boost student morale.
